Depends on where you're going. There is really not much to do in San Pedro or Tegucigalpa, but the islands are great. I was in Roatan and Utila a year ago and had a great time. The hotels and people were great. As for the rest of the country I guess the only thing left to do is visit Copan to see the ruins, they have nice hotels there too.

it is probably the 2nd most dangerous CA destination for tourists next to El Salvador.
