I would look on-line for the Honduras Embassy. Good luck in trying to get them here. My husband is from Honduras and his brother submitted papers 8 years ago and he is still in Honduras waiting to come to America!

I would also just try getting in touch with a consulate. much easier for those of us that do not live in DC.
