centavos from which country? Argentina? Mexico? Brazil? Bolivia? Cuba? Guatemala? Most Spanish speaking countries break down their currency into a subunit of centavos.

I have a bill for one centavo of a Nicaraguan cordoba which is worth about 1/16 of a penny. Amazing that there are bills that are worth so little. In Venezuela the currency is the Bolivar. 2150 bolivares make a dollar. And yes they have centavos of bolivares. So 5 centavos of venezuelan Bolivares would be $0.000002. Does that help?
