it would be helpful if only non-latinos awnsered this question since most latinos know what puerto rico is ;-)
tell me about puerto rico, it's langauge, it's heritage, what makes puerto rico tick. thanks !

Puerto Rico is a US territory between the Caribbean sea and Pacific ocean. Is the smallest of the big Antilles and biggest of the small ones. People in PR speak Spanish which is learned at home and English which is learned at school. It heritage is very diversal, Taino, Latin(Italy, Portugal, and specially Spanish) African, and there is also a Northamerican influence and some mix in the genes. What makes PR ticks is their people I guess!!!!

Puerto rico is a very special land mass so small in size but so powerful in culture. It is incredible to see how much great talent comes from the island. The people are beautiful and the lifestyle is so unique in every good way possible, not to mention it's natural beauty that christopher colombus said was "the best and most beautiful land he has ever seen" says a lot!
